Always warm up before training sessions and matches.
Help the coaches with the equipment before and after training sessions, matches or events.
Always positively encourage team mates.
Be punctual for training sessions, matches or events.
Always listen to coaches, team managers and umpires.
Respect other clubs officials, players and supporters.
