it is important, and beholden on the Club, to ensure that all members know where to find information relating to Winchcombe Club and how it is run. This is a required part of the ECB Clubmark process which regulates how clubs are operated.
Please take time to read and understand and if you have any questions please contact our Secretary via winchcombecricketclub@gmail.com or contact any Club officers whose details are listed on this website, on our page at www.playcricket.com, in the green folder at the Club and on the noticeboard.
Should you wish to review any information relating to Winchcombe Cricket Club, its policies, codes of conduct, etc. these are full available to read and download from our website winchcombecricketclub.co.uk. or you may request a copy by post or email by contacting the Club Secretary via email. Inside the Club there is a great deal of information on the notice board.
In addition there is a green file on the table in front of the notice board with all Club documentation, including all policies, statements, development plans, fixtures and lists of Club officers as well as important information regarding what to do in a medical emergency at the Club. All members are required to comply with the Club Code of Conduct (s).
IN THE EVENT OF A MEDICAL INCIDENT THERE ARE NOTICES THROUGHOUT THE CLUB, ADVISING OF TELEPHONE NUMBERS AND INCIDENT/ACCIDENT PROCEDURE.
Please take the time to take note of these. Our Club Welfare Officer is Ann Willemstein 07447 074048.
Thank you very much for being part of Winchcombe Cricket Club and for taking the time to read this email.
